Stuart Goddard

Senior Branch Partner

Stuart started his estate agency career back in 1992, aged 18, as a negotiator with Frost brothers in Banstead. Having worked within the property industry ever since, Stuart has held many roles on his journey to Director, including consultancy roles at associated newspapers and Newsquest, in property media. Having joined Lynx estate agents back in 2003, Stuart initially ran the Streatham office before becoming responsible for all 3 branches. Having taking control of the agency Stuart became MD of the newly rebranded Time2move in 2006. He draws upon this wealth of experience to lead a well-established team from our South London premises. Focusing mainly on investment property acquisition and development, Stuart deals with private clients, building portfolios and project management. Outside of work Stuart is father to 3 sons and enjoys eating out, West End shows, Crystal Palace football club and Golf.

Arron Robinson

Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Aaron Robinson is a Lettings and Sales Negotiator at Time2Move. Aaron is developing his knowledge of both the lettings and sales processes, supporting clients and the team with enthusiasm and a strong willingness to learn. He is approachable, hardworking, and committed to delivering a positive experience for customers. Aaron is focused on building his skills within the industry and takes pride in providing helpful and reliable support throughout each stage of the property journey.

Ramaine Brown

Office & Property Manager

Ramaine Brown is the Property Manager for the Tooting office, where she also oversees the day-to-day running of the branch. With nearly 20 years of experience in the property industry, Ramaine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She joined Time2Move in 2018 following a successful career with Andrews and Countrywide. Ramaine will be your main point of contact once an applicant has been secured for your property, guiding you through to the end of the tenancy. Known for her friendly and approachable manner, she is highly knowledgeable and committed to delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the process. She takes great pride in her work, ensuring that both landlords and tenants receive a smooth, efficient, and well-managed experience.
