£995 PCM (Let Agreed) Fees Info

Please be aware your tenancy may be subject to any of the following fees.

Housing Act Tenancies:

 

Late rent charge - Interest may be charged at 3% above the Bank of England base rate on rent more than 14 days overdue.

 

Lost keys - To pay the cost incurred in replacing lost keys, security devices or lock replacement required.

 

Novation of contract - £50.00 inc VAT for any novation of contract during the tenancy, subject to the landlords approval.

 

Early Termination (Tenant’s Request)
Should the tenant wish to leave the contract early, they will be liable for the landlord’s costs in re-letting the property, as well as any rent due until a new tenancy begins.

 

Non Housing Act Tenancy:

 

Renewal Fee (per property): The Equivalent of 1 weeks rent (subject to a minimum of £300.00)

An administration charge of £60.00 for rent overdue letters.

An administration charge of £60.00 for writing a landlords reference or any other letter.

An administration charge of £36.00 to refund any over-payments
