Guarantor Reference Fee: If you need / are required to have a guarantor to pass referencing each guarantor added onto the tenancy costs £120.00
Late payment of move in monies: £60.00 Where the full monies are not received in our account 5 working days before the agreed move in date.

OTHER FEES AND CHARGES:
Replacement Tenant Fee: £360.00 payable at the point of each replacement and subject to the landlord’s approval. Aborted Contractor Call Out: £84.00 where any appointment is arranged for a contractor to attend and the tenant(s) fail to allow access to the property.
Unpaid Rent: Service of Notice under the Break Clause: £60.00 per property to cover the costs of terminating the contract prior to the natural end. Cleaning costs at the end of the tenancy: This cost varies dependant on the size of the property. Costs are available on request.
Late Rent Reminder Letters: £60.00 Where the rent is not received in our account by the due date.
