Stuart Goddard

Senior Branch Partner

Stuart started his estate agency career back in 1992, aged 18, as a negotiator with Frost brothers in Banstead. Having worked within the property industry ever since, Stuart has held many roles on his journey to Director, including consultancy roles at associated newspapers and Newsquest, in property media. Having joined Lynx estate agents back in 2003, Stuart initially ran the Streatham office before becoming responsible for all 3 branches. Having taking control of the agency Stuart became MD of the newly rebranded Time2move in 2006. He draws upon this wealth of experience to lead a well-established team from our South London premises. Focussing mainly on investment property acquisition and development, Stuart deals with private clients, building portfolios and project management. Outside of work Stuart is father to 3 sons and enjoys eating out, West End shows, Crystal Palace football club and Golf.

Jamie Goddard

Branch Partner Lettings

Jamie Goddard is our Branch Partner of the Lettings Division based in Tooting, London. Jamie is an industry veteran with a career in Estate Agency spanning over 20 years. As your Estate Agent, Jamie will be an advocate for you and your property. Whether you are buying, selling or renting, he will work tirelessly to promote your best interests. As the leader of our Letting Division, Jamie is passionate in his approach in getting your property Let. He will work with you to get you the best price in the least amount of time, by using his wealth of experience and capitalising all Time2Move's marketing materials. As a professional in the industry Jamie, Jamie prides himself in his work, he will work harder than ever to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. Jamie has been an area resident since 2002. He recognises the unique characteristics and benefits of living and working in Tooting, Mitcham, Streatham and Croydon. When not assisting clients, Jamie enjoys spending time tweaking and tuning his car and has formidable handicap on a golf course.

Elliot Purcell

Branch Partner Sales

Elliot Purcell is the Branch Partner of Residential Sales based in Tooting, London. Elliot has worked in the industry for over 10 years. Elliot joined the Time2Move in 2021 following a successful career in Barnard Marcus, Hamptons and KFH. Elliot will be your ambassador ensuring your property is marketed professionally and smartly. Elliot continues to improve our sales division week after week, month after month, ensuring the team are giving their all and working at the highest level of customer service. The sales team are determined to deliver excellent results for all our customers and take pride in their work, ensuring we achieve strong sale prices, efficient sales progression and consistent flow of communication. Elliot has lived and worked in South West London for most of his career in Estate Agency and has a wealth of local knowledge which makes him Local Expert and perfectly positioned to help Sell your home. Elliot is a father a of two children and when not being an great Sales Agent or a Father he often finds himself in the kitchen cooking up a storm following a successful appearance on MasterChef 2019.
