FULL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT: 16% + VAT of the tenancy term. Subject to a min fee of £1,200 inc VAT (10% + VAT for the tenant find & 6% + VAT for the management service subject to a min monthly fee of £48 inc VAT)

  • Tax retention and completion of documentation for HMRC: £90.00 per quarter (inc VAT) 
  • Withdrawal from entering into a tenancy having instructed T2M to proceed. Administration fee £1,200 (inc VAT)
  • Renewal of tenancy fee. Charged at the original tenant find fee agreed.
