Our tenant find only service is for those landlords who are keen to manage their own property. Our service includes:

• Organising for the EPC to be completed

• Organising gas safety inspection if required

• Arranging the check-in at the commencement of the tenancy

• Hand the day to day management back to the landlord

Rent collection

Our rent collection service is for landlords who do not wish to get involved in the financial management of their tenant. Our service includes:

• Right to rent checks
• Arrange of rent guarantee insurance
• Organising a periodic electrical safety inspection & PAT testing of portable electrical appliances
