  • Register the deposit projection with the Government regulated Deposit Protection Scheme
  • Hand the day to day management back to the landlord

 

Rent collection

Our rent collection service is for landlords who do not wish to get involved in the financial management of their tenant. Our service includes:

  • Finding a tenant
  • Organising for the EPC to be completed
  • Finding a tenant
  • Obtaining references if required
  • Right to rent checks
  • Arrange of rent guarantee insurance
  • Organising a periodic electrical safety inspection & PAT testing of portable electrical appliances
